How to Order Online:

From the home page, click a category of choice. Once in the category, click on the size that fits you best. Choose an item that you wish to purchase by clicking 'Add to Shopping bag'. Click the 'Checkout Now' button when you are ready to purchase the item. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.

Phone Order:

To place an order by phone please contact us at 574-247-5552. Our store hours are from Mon-Fri 9:30 am - 4:00 pm EST.

Mail Order:

Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by mail.

International Order:

Kiki's Fashions will accept orders from any country the United States Postal Service can ship to as long as the payment method is one of our Payment Options. Visit the USPS website to see available countries.

Order Status:

After completing your order, you should receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been placed. Likewise, once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have not received one or more of these emails, please feel free to contact us for information regarding your order.

Modify or Cancel Order:

If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an item has been shipped you cannot modify or cancel your order.
