Bust: Measure around your body, under your arms, and over the fullest area of your bust. Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose for your best fit.

Waist: Measure at your natural waistline. Keep the measuring tape comfortably loose. For a looser fit add 2 to 4 inches to your waist measurement.
