Shipping to a Different Address:
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than your billing address

Military & P.O. Box Addresses:
Kiki's Fashions ships to both military and P.O. Box address. Please use the same rates as domestic purchases.

Insurance:
Packages are shipped without insurance, unless specified. If you would like to add insurance please let us know and we can add it to your invoice. Insurance rates will vary depending on the cost of the order.

Delivery Confirmation:
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Delivery Confirmation number. The Delivery Confirmation number is used to confirm shipment was made. The Deliver Confirmation number is not the tracking number and cannot be used to track your items.

Missing Packages:
If you do not receive your package within the proper timeframe and the USPS confirms that a delivery was not made then please contact us immediately. However, if USPS confirms delivery and receipt, Kiki's Fashions is not responsible for the item. Tracking numbers are only available on Priority and Express Mail packages.
