  1. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    Yes! The server for kikisfashions.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with your browser – Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL – that allows only kikisfashions.com to read the personal information that you submit. You will know that you are in an encrypted area when you see a solid key (Netscape), or a closed lock (Internet Explorer & AOL) in the lower lefthand corner of your browser window.

    If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s), no questions asked! Check out our return process for more details.

  4. How long will it be before I receive my order?
    For standard first class shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Priority mail shipments should arrive within 3-5 business days. See the Shipping section for more details on the various shipping options available.

  5. Can I expedite my shipping?

  6. What forms of payment do you accept?

  7. Do you accept money orders?
    At this time Kiki's Fashions does not accept money orders.
  8. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

  10. What do you charge for shipping an order?
    Standard shipping is $4.99 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. Shipping prices may vary depending upon the item and ship to location. For more details, check out our Shipping Options section.

  11. I want to know if you carry a special brand/color/size?
    If you cannot find what you are looking for, please feel free to send us a request using our Contact Us section. Just because an item is not shown, does not mean that we do not have it available.

  12. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
    We are required by law to collect sales tax on merchandise shipped to the state where Kiki's Fashions has a physical presence. Kiki's Fashions is located in Granger, Indiana, so all Indiana addresses will be charged an additional 7.0% on the total of the order (not including shipping).
  13. Does Kiki's Fashions offer a catalog?
    Kiki's Fashions does not have a catalog available since the styles are constantly changing. You may purchase Kiki's Fashions merchandise by ordering online at kikisfashions.com.
